- Identity and account: name, email, phone, seller type.
- Listings: titles, descriptions, photos, prices, location.
- Support messages and contact forms.
- Plan payments (Mobile Money): technical references, without storing your secret PIN.
- Technical data: logs, IP address, device type, cookies (see Cookie policy).
03Purposes
- Provide and secure the marketplace (account, listings, search).
- User support and moderation.
- Billing for plans and paid options.
- Notifications for saved searches and account activity.
- Service improvement via aggregated statistics.
- Legal compliance and responses to competent authorities.
04Legal basis & retention
Processing is based on contract performance (account / plans), legitimate interest (security, improvement) and, where required, consent (non-essential cookies, newsletter).
Data is kept for as long as needed for the service, then archived or deleted under applicable Cameroonian legal duties.
05Recipients & processors
Access is limited to authorized TAG Services SARL staff. Technical providers (hosting via Namecheap, Mobile Money payments) only for the purposes described. We do not sell personal data to third parties for advertising.
06Your rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction or objection, within legal limits.
Write to legal@motsoa.com (subject “Personal data”) or info@motsoa.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
07Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures (authentication, encryption in transit, access control). No system is perfect : report incidents to securite@motsoa.com.
